The Role: Senior AI Security Researcher

Join Radware's CTO Office and lead groundbreaking research projects. You will focus on developing advanced AI capabilities to detect and mitigate cyber-attacks, both on AI applications and traditional systems.

What You Will Do

• Lead innovative research initiatives in AI, application, and network security.
• Design and develop AI agents to enhance threat detection and mitigation.
• Create novel solutions to counter emerging threats in LLMs, autonomous agents, and legacy systems.
• Drive projects from concept to production-ready implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into our product portfolio.

What You Need

• M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on security R&D experience focusing on AI, application, network, or cloud security.
• Strong Python programming skills aimed at production-level code.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills across levels.
