What is the Job
As a Product Designer at Radware, you will design user-centered solutions for complex cybersecurity applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, intuitive user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Work on product design challenges for various Cloud products.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system.
- Prepare design material for development and collaborate with the front-end team.
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in complex systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating innovative UI/UX and visual design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience leading projects from concept to launch in agile environments.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in user and data research, with familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with Figma is a MUST and a link to your portfolio is required.
- Advantageous: Experience with cybersecurity or network products.
