Remote (US) - Base salary up to $250k + Bonus + Equity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that's transforming how independent businesses compete in the digital economy. Following significant recent funding, they're scaling rapidly and are looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of their platform.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine opportunity to own products from idea to production within a high-calibre engineering team. You'll work across the full stack, partnering closely with Product and Design to build features that have a direct impact on thousands of businesses and millions of end users.

You'll have significant influence over architecture, engineering standards and product direction while mentoring other engineers and helping shape the technical culture as the company continues to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build and launch new products and features from 0→1
• Own projects from concept through production deployment
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using modern web technologies
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and customers to solve real business problems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers and help grow a world-class engineering team
• Drive improvements across performance, scalability and developer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building production full stack applications
• Expertise with TypeScript, React, Node.js and modern cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Track record of shipping customer-facing products with real business impact
• Strong product mindset and ability to balance technical excellence with customer value
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
