Role Overview - Sales Manager Outbound Fuel

This role is designed for an experienced sales manager to lead and expand the outbound fuel sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and responsible for building long-term relationships, strategic sales negotiations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage initial customer contacts and develop lasting relationships.
  • Advise on innovative products and fuel-related services.
  • Create proposals and conduct sales negotiations via phone and email.
  • Document sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and report KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to support inbound fuel card experts and drive customer acquisition.
  • Maximize conversion in a digital inbound environment.
  • Establish strong customer relationships through effective cross-selling.
  • Lead a team of 8 with proactive management and goal achievement.
