We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Manager B2B in Essen to enrich our sales team.

Your Responsibilities as an Outbound Sales Manager B2B
- You will advise our customers on our products and services.
- You will identify the perfect solution for their fleet, helping them save time and minimize costs.
- With dedicated effort, you will effortlessly achieve your sales targets.
- You will receive regular training to continuously develop your sales and product expertise.
- You can document all activities in Salesforce.
- We provide either pre-qualified leads, or you can utilize your own approach to generate business.
What You Bring to the Table
- You have initial or several years of professional experience in sales.
- You can communicate authentically and effortlessly with customers.
- You are driven to succeed and a 'no' is not accepted.
- You can structure your day independently.
- You possess good knowledge of MS Office and ideally have experience with Salesforce.
- Teamwork and collective goal achievement are important to you.
- You have very good German language skills.
