The Role of a Digital Marketing Manager at Radiometer
The Digital Marketing Manager for Radiometer directly impacts patient health and well-being by supporting our customers' needs. This role is responsible for leading digital growth initiatives, developing, and executing programs that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support account-based marketing across North America. This position reports to the Director, Marketing, and is a fully remote role within the Radiometer North America Marketing Team. Candidates must already reside in the US.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, web, and social channels.
- Increase qualified lead volume and digital campaign return-on-investment (ROI).
- Develop and manage Radiometer’s social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with sales.
- Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Improve target account engagement, influenced pipeline, and develop closed-loop campaign performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the healthcare diagnostics industry.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Basic troubleshooting experience in electromechanical, networking, or IT system upgrades.
Travel & Work Environment
This role requires the ability to travel up to 20%.
Benefits & Compensation
Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers comprehensive, competitive benefit programs. We support flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles, providing enriching careers regardless of work setup. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. Additional information regarding this remote work arrangement will be provided during the interview process.
