Position Summary
As an IT Project Manager, Data Governance, you will manage the end-to-end orchestration of multiple Data Governance projects, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation for cross-functional IT and Business teams. You will drive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured yet flexible delivery. This role involves leading critical ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups to maintain team alignment and momentum. You will author and maintain essential project artifacts, including charters, resource plans, stakeholder registries, and detailed timelines with defined milestones. Proactively identifying roadblocks, managing risk registries, and implementing resolution strategies will be key to ensuring on-time delivery of important deliverables. Furthermore, you will deliver transparent project status updates, analytical summaries, and decision logs to stakeholders and senior leadership. Your efforts will foster a high-productivity environment through clear objective setting, detailed meeting agendas, and a culture of accountability and transparency.
Desired Professional Skills and Experience
- Education level – Bachelor’s minimum preferred, Masters preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred.
- Experience working on a Data Governance team, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Improvement projects highly desirable.
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM, ServiceNow Agile Modules, and SharePoint highly desirable.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $110,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
