In this role as an Agile Quality Engineering Lead - Audience Facing Products, you will work closely with software development teams, mentor Quality Automation Engineers, and drive quality management practices to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Quality Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with development teams in shaping quality engineering practices.
• Design and implement test strategies and automation processes.
• Audit and improve automated test suites and performance.
• Contribute to the automation code base and support continuous integration.

What You Bring

You have 5+ years in mobile and web software development and at least 3 years in quality management with test automation experience. You are adept with multiple testing frameworks and have a strong background in coding with languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, etc. Experience in agile methodologies, continuous integration, and Git workflows is essential.
