RADIKAL is an impact-oriented social franchisor that has pivoted since COVID-19 to focus on solving food security in Haiti through micro-enterprise. We have pioneered an ecosystem that links smallholder farmers and production cooperatives to street food vendors, leveraging technology and emphasizing environmental impact. As a social franchise contributing to the improvement of women's lives, our grassroots business model focuses on women in the informal sector investing in structured micro-franchises that sell locally-manufactured food products. Job Overview: Volunteer Full-Stack Developer

Our Atizan Ledger is the fintech/digital backbone that tracks the flow of inventory and capital across the entire Southern Peninsula of Haiti. The goal is to build a robust, USSD-enabled mobile app that handles vendor digital wallets, inventory triggers, and real-time AI credit scoring, working for vendors on low-data networks while providing crucial data to the dashboard. In the informal economy, data means visibility. This project will give 10,000 women a digital identity and a credit history, unlocking their access to formal banking for the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the mobile-first vendor wallet and the AI-driven dashboard.
• Ensure seamless API integration with Unibank (Uniteller) and Natcom (Natcash).
• Build the inventory-trigger system connecting vendor sales to the backend "Command Center" dashboard production schedules.
• Develop the front-end interface for vendors, optimized for low-data environments.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a full-stack developer proficient in React Native/Flutter and back-end scaling, with an obsession for UI/UX simplicity for non-tech-savvy users. Please let us know today if you can help!
