Software Engineering GenAI Intern
Radian is seeking a motivated Software Engineering GenAI Intern for Summer 2026. This is a fully remote position, requiring availability during East Coast hours. The internship will run from Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, July 31, 2026.

Internship Overview
This role offers broad exposure to our organization's functions and departments. Specific responsibilities will be tailored to the intern's background and current departmental projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain shared GenAI infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure firmwide data integration and enhance software development.
- Work on foundational building blocks like vector databases and LLM gateways for AI tools.
- Leverage state-of-the-art cloud models for scalable and high-availability solutions.
- Scale GenAI tool adoption and integrate them with internal knowledge sources.
- Collaborate with internal groups and end users to accelerate GenAI product development.
- Participate in agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Assist in testing and debugging software products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Continuously improve coding skills and software engineering knowledge.
Job Specifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Currently enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Less than 6 months of prior work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Program Requirements
Interns will participate in workshops and events in addition to their assigned duties. A mandatory 2-day in-person event will be held at our Wayne, PA headquarters towards the end of July 2026.
