Role Summary

The Information Security Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the security architecture at Radial. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify risks, deploy effective solutions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security controls (WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.).
  • Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in network, system, and applications.
  • Create disaster recovery documentation and test security controls.
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Review security requirements for new and existing projects.
  • Document and monitor security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and user communities to address IT risk.
  • Create security architecture diagrams and standards.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of operating systems, networking, application and cloud security.
  • Strong IT risk & compliance aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with vulnerability management platforms and CIS baseline standards.
  • Practical expertise in email and endpoint security tools, Active Directory, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with IT policies, laws, standards and change management software.

Minimum Experience And Education

Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with industry security certifications.

Travel & Work Arrangement

This position is remote; travel is not required.
