About the Role
The Communication Specialist, Change Management at Radial is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that support change and transformation initiatives. This role ensures key stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned during periods of organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand change impact and develop tailored communication strategies.
- Create compelling content and translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messages.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing communications strategies for change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in communications tools and platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-level relationships.
- Adaptability, creative thinking, and a strategic mindset.
- Ongoing drive to learn new techniques in digital storytelling, design, technology, and social media.
