Junior PMO ML

About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior PMO ML to join our team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the product lifecycle under senior PMO guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical activities from analysis to release phases.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to align with plans.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and management plans.
• Assist in communicating with internal stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Validation, and Operations.
• Participate in status meetings and prepare project reports and updates.
• Monitor project scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Gain technical understanding of the product, technologies, and system components.

Requirements

• Strong interest in project management/PMO/Program Management.
• High organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix-based environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
• B.A./B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
• Recent graduate with up to 1-2 years of experience.
