Overview

RAC WA is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Building Refit Senior Project Manager to oversee building renovations at RAC West Perth. This initial 9-month role has scope to extend if required.

What will you be doing?

The Senior Project Manager will:

  • Drive strategic project governance & delivery by controlling schedule, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional solution design by collaborating with internal RAC teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate multiple streams including external consultants, contractors, and internal business units.
  • Oversee risk, compliance, and quality assurance, developing contingency plans for construction and operational challenges.
  • Prepare executive reporting and steer committee presentations.
  • Lead change management processes including training, onboarding and go-live readiness.
  • Motivate project teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Experience in building fitouts/renovations is highly regarded; proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, strong communication and problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are required.
