Your Role

As a Solution Architect, you will design future-proof IT solutions and guide DevOps teams during implementation. You will work as part of the squad management triangle along with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure reliability, scalability, and security in our IT systems. You will join Tribe Digital Platform (DP), which drives excellent customer experiences including safe online access and innovative banking products.

Team and Responsibilities

  • Translate business and IT requirements into solution designs.
  • Deliver architecture documents and guide DevOps teams.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines including security assessments and disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor solution quality, performance and availability.
  • Foster knowledge sharing across the tribe.

  • Designing scalable microservices architecture for high-load applications.
  • Implementing zero-trust authentication across digital channels.
