About the Role
Are you a talented master's student in the final phase of your studies and do you want to link your internship to current social and financial issues? Then this internship at Rabobank is a unique opportunity to make an impact and develop yourself within a cooperative bank that works towards a better world. During your internship, you will work on a substantive assignment that we will shape together with you. You will have the opportunity to contribute to themes that are also central to our Retail Banking Traineeship, such as:
- Sustainability of SMEs: Help entrepreneurs with the sustainability of their business.
- Sustainable Housing Opportunities: Research how we can better support private customers in realizing their housing wishes.
- Digital Customer Journeys: Analyze and improve the digital customer experience.
- Innovation & Technology: Explore the impact of generative AI on our services.
- Youth & Banking: Research the wishes of GenZ and translate them into concrete improvements in our app.
You will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and receive guidance from experienced professionals, in an environment that allows for different perspectives and where you can ask questions and be yourself. Your Future and Development
You will undertake a substantive work or graduation internship that we will tailor to you. During your internship, you will be guided by experienced colleagues, with ample attention to your personal development, including coaching by a Young Talent Manager. You will enter an inspiring work environment with social impact, where you will have the opportunity to further develop yourself. Additionally, there are excellent growth opportunities, for example, towards the Rabobank Traineeship or other suitable positions.
