About the Intelligent Automation Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to configure solutions via UI and SQL updates.
  • Create and build new RPA processes using proprietary tools and scripting.
  • Maintain and manage existing processes: validate data, troubleshoot errors, and update processes based on client needs.
  • Support and manage the digital workforce by monitoring automation performance and reporting KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and engage in Agile/Scrum practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with RPA platforms (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) or client facing application development.
  • Proficient in client communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Cosmos, Mongo, etc.
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle or payer organizations.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation and Benefits

This US-based position has a base pay range of $58,240.00 - $95,429.25 per year and is eligible for an annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
