About the Role
The IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure. This hybrid role includes technical oversight, security incident response, and collaboration with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and the MSP to manage servers, network devices, and endpoints.
- Handle infrastructure projects including Azure Cloud and M365 platforms.
- Provide help desk troubleshooting and end-user desktop support as required.
- Support first-line Information Security incident response and BAU activities.
- Oversee outsourced service delivery and prepare security posture reports.
- Deliver regular security education via bi-monthly InfoSec postings on Teams and SharePoint.
Qualifications and Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields preferred; a mix of education and experience is considered. Five plus years of IT infrastructure experience is required.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and M365, including Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and more.
- Fundamental understanding of Information Security and Cyber Security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001/27002, CIS18, NIST).
- Experience with SIEM investigations and familiarity with KQL.
- Background in virtualized environments, Desktop Infrastructure, and Cloud hosting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year. Additional discretionary incentive compensation may be available. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement, and Paid Time Off.
