Customer Service Representative

Quipt Home Medical is a rapidly growing leader in clinical respiratory equipment provision and service in the durable medical equipment industry. We are looking for driven individuals to grow with us.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, or commercial accounts. You will interact with customers to provide equipment and service information, handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
  • Qualify and process customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with patients and caregivers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain patient information.
  • Process work orders, monitor reports, and file paperwork.
  • Assist with computer reports for quality assurance and participate in training programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in clerical or customer service roles
