Customer Service Representative
Quipt Home Medical is a rapidly growing leader in clinical respiratory equipment and service in the durable medical equipment industry. We are looking for driven individuals to grow with us.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, or commercial accounts. You will provide equipment and/or services by answering inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications and provide detailed messages.
- Direct visitors and correspondences to the appropriate personnel.
- Qualify orders by verifying diagnosis, insurance coverage, and reimbursement info.
- Input orders, process work orders, and arrange customer deliveries/pickups.
- Handle complaints and perform accurate billing, documentation, and filing.
- Maintain patient files and participate in training programs.

Requirements
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous clerical or customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office skills, and preferably experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing or medical office procedures.
