About the Role
As a Data Analyst at QuinStreet, you will become an expert in the performance and strategy of digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with fellow analysts to investigate, resolve product issues, and implement optimizations to increase yield and support our Media Partners. A key aspect of this role involves developing a deep understanding of our data sources and analytical tools to inform business decisions, automate processes, and drive business growth. You will leverage diverse problem-solving strategies and manage multiple simultaneous efforts in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business problems, identifying opportunities for growth, understanding advantages and weaknesses, and deploying creative analytical approaches. You will be expected to communicate insights effectively and deliver actionable plans to improve the business.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual salary may vary based on compensation practices and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance bonus, commission, and equity. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, and paid time off.
