The Role: Senior Financial Analyst
This role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Finance/FP&A and collaborates with merchandising, planning, production, and procurement teams. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of banking experience and 2+ years in finance, preferably in an eCommerce or tech-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic FP&A partner for Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional business partnerships and review GL entries.
- Build and manage comprehensive PCOGS/DDP/Tariff financial models.
- Analyze and propose optimal DDP target prices as logistics expenses and tariffs change.
- Prepare weekly/monthly variance analyses with detailed commentary.
- Conduct scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and update Monthly Management Business Review templates.
- Present actionable recommendations to optimize financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years in investment banking and 2+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial planning systems.
- Understanding of GAAP, GL review, and accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $140,000—$160,000 USD. Bonus eligibility varies by role impact. Quince is an equal employment opportunity employer.
