Web and Digital Interface Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Web and Digital Interface Designer to create intuitive, high-performing, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize modern interfaces while contributing domain expertise to AI training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces
• Collaborate with management, developers, and stakeholders to integrate e-commerce and digital product strategies
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform interface improvements
• Translate real-world design workflows into structured insights for AI model training
• Evaluate AI-generated interface outputs for usability, accuracy, and modern design standards
• Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with network and hosting teams
• Contribute to scalable system architecture using modern frameworks and development tools
• Stay current with emerging design trends, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern web frameworks and tools including React, Vue.js, Bootstrap, and Spring Framework
• Proficiency in programming languages and platforms such as J2EE, Scala, Swift, jQuery, and UNIX Shell
• Experience developing for Apple iOS, Google Android, and Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including Amazon EC2
• Familiarity with data processing and streaming tools such as Apache Kafka, Maven, and Spark
• Strong database and querying skills, including Transact-SQL
• Understanding of algorithms and scalable system design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in AI training, model evaluation, or digital product optimization initiatives
• Background collaborating with distributed, cross-functional technical teams
• Portfolio demonstrating successful digital interface projects with measurable usability or performance improvements
• Familiarity with tools such as Airtable or Blackboard software
