Job Description
Verilog Developer
Quik Hire Staffing is seeking exceptional talent to shape the future of AI. We are looking for top 1% coders to provide expert code review and generate high-quality training data across various programming languages.
This is a flexible hourly contractor role offering $16-32.50 USD/hr, with weekly payments via PayPal/AirTM. Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Code Review & Ranking: Analyze AI-generated solutions across multiple languages, ranking their accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Identify edge cases, optimization failures, and common pitfalls to enhance model performance.
- Training Dataset Creation: Write clear Computer Science prompts and generate comprehensive reference solutions. Document your reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices to create robust evaluation datasets that teach proper coding patterns.
- Bilingual Technical Documentation: Provide detailed, constructive feedback explaining code issues and suggested fixes. Articulate complex technical concepts fluently in both Indonesian and English. Document effective optimization techniques and problem-solving approaches for a global audience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or higher.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least two programming languages from the following: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian, coupled with advanced technical writing skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in competitive programming or extensive code review.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization capabilities.
