Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be passionate about clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. This role offers the unique opportunity to own the end-to-end design process across critical product surfaces, from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring the delivery of thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. This position is perfect for someone who effectively combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, aiming to elevate the overall design standards within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across various web platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs utilizing Figma.
• Maintain and actively evolve a scalable design system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
• Advocate strongly for user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into all designs.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfortable working effectively in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints (e.g., React, CSS, responsive design principles).
• Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
