OpenClaw Specialist (Remote)
Quik Hire Staffing is seeking an experienced OpenClaw Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in shaping the future of autonomous AI agents by providing expert human feedback to leading AI organizations. You will be responsible for training Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex, multi-step architectural workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Testing: Develop evaluation rubrics with clear pass/fail criteria, debug agent traces to identify failure patterns, and stress-test agents in multi-step, real-world scenarios.
- Technical Evaluation: Assess production-grade modular software architecture, analyze multi-turn system interactions and behaviors, and provide high-density technical feedback for LLM training.
- Project Workflow: Create an account, upload your resume/ID, complete an onboarding assessment, and begin earning through flexible task assignments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
- Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
- Strong command of at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience with SQL databases.
- Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
Compensation
- Hourly compensation ranges from USD $30–$50, depending on experience and task complexity.
- Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms (e.g., PayPal or AirTM).
- Full compensation details are provided prior to task acceptance.
