Role Overview

Explore building agents using OpenClaw across multiple AI models and design rubrics to evaluate their outcomes - spanning health, education, daily life, etc. (all coding work). Shape the future of autonomous AI agents by providing expert human feedback to leading AI organizations. Train Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex, multi-step architectural workflows. Enjoy flexible remote work with no minimum hours and weekly payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Testing: Write evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria.
  • AI Agent Testing: Debug agent traces to identify failure patterns.
  • AI Agent Testing: Stress test agents in multi-step, real-world scenarios.
  • Technical Evaluation: Assess production-grade modular software architecture.
