Medical Specialist (Remote)
Quik Hire Staffing is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as a Medical Specialist. This fully remote contract role focuses on providing crucial clinical validation and domain expertise for advanced AI healthcare applications. You will leverage your nursing-level or higher clinical experience to ensure medical accuracy, patient safety, and relevance in the outputs of AI systems, contributing to the cutting edge of medical technology.
This is a flexible, 100% remote contract position, offering the opportunity to work globally with self-managed scheduling and competitive hourly compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations for medical AI workflows.
- Review AI model outputs related to nursing practices and patient care standards.
- Advise on clinical guidelines, best practices, and potential safety concerns.
- Develop realistic clinical use cases and medical question datasets.
Essential Qualifications
- Nursing license, MD, PhD, or equivalent higher medical education.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in patient care settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
- Experience with clinical documentation or case review processes.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-clinical audiences.
