This fully remote contract position offers exceptional flexibility and high compensation, allowing you to leverage your 3+ years of nursing-level or higher clinical experience to ensure medical accuracy, enhance patient safety, and maintain relevance in AI system outputs globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations within medical AI workflows.
• Review AI model outputs, ensuring adherence to nursing practices and patient care standards.
• Advise on clinical guidelines, best practices, and identify potential safety concerns in AI development.
• Develop realistic clinical use cases and comprehensive medical question datasets for AI training.

Essential Qualifications

• Hold a Nursing license, MD, PhD, or possess equivalent higher medical education.
• Accumulate 3+ years of direct clinical experience in patient care settings.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
• Have experience with clinical documentation processes or case review.
• Possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex medical concepts to technical and non-clinical audiences.
