Role Overview
As a Legal Researcher, you will support attorneys by conducting in-depth legal research and analysis. Your role will involve transforming case law, statutes, and regulations into clear, actionable summaries, requiring both strong research skills and exceptional writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
- Prepare concise research memos and summaries for attorneys.
- Stay updated on legal developments within assigned practice areas.
- Assist with contract review by identifying relevant legal precedent and assessing risk.
- Perform citation checking for briefs, memos, and other legal documents.
- Contribute to building internal knowledge resources and research playbooks.
