Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows using industry-standard tools from initial sketches through final asset delivery and organization.
• Process Documentation: Articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through clear written explanations.
• Asset Management: Organize, label, and prepare design files for team handoff with proper layer management and composition refinement.
• Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, visual composition, and asset optimization for professional-grade results.
• Team Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to design knowledge sharing across remote teams.

Required Skills
