About the role
Fullstack Engineer React Node.js (Remote)
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js) - US to work on a Full-time basis. This role involves owning core product surfaces end-to-end, including architecture, backend systems, frontend execution, and production reliability. The position is critical to the development of frontier AI models, where real-world expertise is converted into high-signal training datasets and reinforcement learning environments that improve AI system performance. You will contribute directly to how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across domains such as finance, healthcare, engineering, and more. This is a high-ownership role where your work will have a measurable impact on the advancement of AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, ensuring seamless integration between layers.
- Architect and optimize scalable backend systems using AWS services, including compute, storage, and networking, to support high-performance AI training workflows.
- Implement and manage PostgreSQL databases to store and retrieve structured data efficiently, ensuring data integrity and performance at scale.
- Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring, reducing time-to-production and improving system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features that meet business and user needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Demonstrated expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and database design for high-traffic applications.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
