Our client, through Quik Hire Staffing, is actively seeking a Consultant Expert to significantly contribute advanced financial expertise to various AI-driven initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex financial data, fostering collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, and meticulously refining AI models. Your work will involve creating robust rubrics and comprehensive frameworks, ensuring unparalleled accuracy, thorough risk assessment, and the delivery of highly actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria for enhanced model performance.
- Apply deep finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
- Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute significant thought leadership to define best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Monitor industry developments and proactively update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of extensive consulting or finance experience.
- Proven ability to meticulously analyze financial statements, complex data, and key market indicators.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in creating structured rubrics and comprehensive frameworks for evaluating diverse financial scenarios.
- Strong collaborative skills, essential for effective remote, cross-functional teamwork.
- High adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

- MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or finance.
