Job Description

Client Case Manager - Valencia

Quicknienumber is a fast-growing company based in Valencia, assisting clients across Europe with obtaining their NIE number and completing administrative procedures in Spain. Due to our growth, we are seeking a Client Case Manager to manage and follow up on client files.

About the Role

In this role, you will guide clients through the entire process. You will be the first point of contact, review documents, and ensure all files are processed completely and correctly. You will monitor progress and ensure each application is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with clients via email or WhatsApp
  • Review and process documents
  • Prepare and manage client files
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes

Profile

  • Available from May 1, 2026
  • Fluent in English, Spanish at least B1
  • Accurate and structured work approach
  • Strong communication and customer-centric skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Residing in or near Valencia
