Role Summary

The Gainsight Administrator is responsible for end-to-end administration of the Gainsight platform. The role involves designing scalable processes, managing complex configurations, and driving adoption across Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Gainsight platform owner for architecture, configuration, and optimization.
  • Design advanced workflows using Rules Engine, Horizon Journeys, Success Plans, Scorecards, and Playbooks.
  • Manage complex data integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, Mindtickle and other systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and health score frameworks for customer success metrics.
  • Partner with multiple teams to gather requirements and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Proactively enhance platform usability, efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Maintain Gainsight best practices, compliance and security standards.
  • Provide training and support for Gainsight users across the organization.
  • Stay current with Gainsight product releases and roadmap enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Gainsight Level 3 Certification (proof required).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Gainsight modules including Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Timeline, Scorecards, and Success Plans.
  • Proficient in Salesforce data structures and relational data models.
  • Experience with ETL tools, APIs, and SQL is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gainsight PX or in-product engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake.
  • Experience supporting a global Customer Success organization.
