Overview

Quartile is building a world-class Center of Excellence (COE) to drive high-quality, consistent, and scalable client outcomes. The Enablement domain is designed to equip the Customer Success team with the necessary skills, knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively manage a growing portfolio of advertisers.

Role Description

As the Senior Director of COE Enablement, you will lead the transformation of our enablement function into a strategic capability. You will focus on onboarding, continual training, knowledge management, and multi-channel client strategy development. Over the next two years, you will build a high-performing team and define the organizational structure needed to meet increasing demands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for CS teams.
  • Unify Programs: Consolidate onboarding, training, and knowledge management into a scalable system.
  • Capability Integration: Collaborate with product, tech, and CS teams for rapid capability adoption.
  • Innovate: Translate emerging capabilities into actionable frameworks accessible to all.
  • Knowledge Management Excellence: Build and maintain a dynamic, centralized knowledge base.
  • Training & Development: Oversee an onboarding and continuous training framework for all CS members.
  • Measure & Optimize Impact: Set KPIs to track and improve enablement program effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit and develop a high-performing team to support scaling operations.

Requirements

Deep experience in multi-channel digital marketing and e-commerce. Proven track record building scalable enablement programs. Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and team-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and iterate initiatives based on insights.
