When responding to legal matters, time is crucial. Many legal disputes now demand the review and assessment of thousands of electronic documents and emails before disclosure to opposing counsel and court. Quantuma's document review platform, powered by Reveal-Brainspace, delivers a comprehensive suite of eDiscovery solutions within a single, seamless platform. This system leverages the latest AI technology to quickly and cost-effectively identify salient data.
We are currently seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join our eDiscovery legal technology services team. In this role, you will provide essential technical and consultative support to both internal and external clients. This position embraces a hybrid workstyle, requiring 1-2 days per week in our London office (typically Tuesday, plus one additional day as needed).
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Liaising with clients, typically lawyers, to understand their specific needs regarding tasks within the eDiscovery platform.
- Performing various project management tasks for these clients.
- Creating new matters on the back-end eDiscovery platform, including adding users and assigning permissions.
- Conducting data collection, which may involve remote collection, on-site collection, or a combination (full training will be provided).
- Uploading and processing client data into the eDiscovery platform.
- Providing training to new users on the platform's functionalities.
- Handling day-to-day requests on the front-end of the platform, such as keyword searching, foldering, creating exports, adding users, and utilizing AI searching ('Machine Learning').
- Undertaking internal administration tasks, including conflict checking, internal project setup, and creating client charging reports and invoice requests (invoices are generated by the Accounts department).
- Attending client sites when necessary.
- Supporting colleagues across all levels, from Administrator to Director/Partner.
The Qualifications And Experience You Will Need Are
- Prior experience with eDiscovery software, ideally including deployment and configuration.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, preferably for external clients.
- Educated to A’ level or Degree level, with qualifications in IT and Law considered highly advantageous.
- A high level of comfort with computer software use (comprehensive training on our specific systems will be provided), along with proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to interact confidently and effectively with legal clients.
