Technical Project and Installations Coordinator
A leading company in the packaging industry is looking for a Technical Project & Installations Coordinator to join their team in Greater Montreal. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
You'll own the full coordination of equipment installations across Greater Montreal - from the moment an order comes in to the final customer sign-off. That means taking orders in SAP, coordinating between factories and customers, running pre-installation site visits, supporting technicians on-site, checking in on installation progress, and being the main point of contact your clients can count on throughout the entire project.
This role is for you if:
- You come from food, manufacturing, or packaging or similar industry, and have coordinated or supported projects in that world.
- You're a natural communicator - outgoing, friendly, and someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients.
- You've been in technical sales support or customer service and you actually understood the product, not just the pitch.
- You can read a technical drawing and understand basic examples, including electrical specs (voltage, amperage, frequency etc.).
- You're organized, proactive, and take real pride in closing a project cleanly with a happy customer at the end.
- You're excited by a role that gets you out of the office and into the field regularly.
What we need:
- 2-3 years in food, manufacturing, or packaging industry and relevant experience.
- Fluent French spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle - you'll be on the road across Greater Montreal.
- Comfort with SAP or similar systems is a strong asset.
- Post-secondary education in a technical or business field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, support operations in another region, technical or specialized knowledge, customer support.
