Social Media & Project Coordinator - Luxury Retail
We're seeking a Social Media & Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Montreal, supporting luxury brand campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for junior professionals to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and project coordination within a corporate environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with influencer mailer deployment and outreach.
- Co-manage PR agencies and external vendors.
- Build creative briefs for content creation and ideation.
- Support PR and social media event planning and execution.
- Manage social media pages and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Track campaign KPIs, analyze results, and prepare post-mortem reports.
- Provide operational and project management support to ensure all campaigns run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or project coordination in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in French.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- College or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
