Marketing Assistant - Legal Firm
Are you an organized, detail-driven professional ready to grow your marketing career in one of Canada's most prestigious legal environments? We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a high-performing, collaborative marketing team at a nationally recognized law firm in the heart of Montreal.
The Role:
Reporting to the National Director of Marketing, you'll be the backbone of a busy, national marketing team - keeping projects moving, people organized, and the brand looking its best. This is a perfect blend of marketing coordination and administrative support, ideal for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and knows how to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate and support a wide range of marketing initiatives from start to finish
- Manage the National Director's calendar, emails, travel, and meeting preparation
- Track marketing budgets, process invoices, and handle expense reports
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials
- Oversee logo requests and ensure all sponsorship materials meet brand guidelines
- Coordinate translation requests, proofreading, and content editing
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, intranet updates, and media tracking
- Maintain team documentation, policies, and organizational charts
- Onboard new marketing team members and coordinate their IT setup
- Archive and manage files across platforms including Brandfolder, Sitecore, and Outlook
- Be the go-to connector between the marketing team and key internal stakeholders
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in traditional marketing
- Experience in professional services is a strong asset
- Strong spoken and written French language
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a client-focused mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
Other Language Requirement: English
