Customer Operations and Data Analyst - Luxury Retail
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, QC
Salary: Up to $33/hour
Contract: 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension
About the Role
Are you passionate about operations, data analysis, and improving customer experience? This opportunity offers the chance to join a global luxury retail environment where data and operational insights play a key role in driving service excellence. We are currently looking for a Customer Operations & Data Analyst to support a dynamic team based in Montréal. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Service leadership while collaborating across multiple divisions, gaining exposure to different brands, operational models, and customer service strategies within the luxury retail sector.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in operations, logistics coordination, retail operations, or business analytics who enjoy working with data to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and support service performance improvements.
- Investigate service challenges and collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support smooth daily operations and service delivery.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives, helping improve workflows and operational tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
What We Are Looking For:
- Background in operations, logistics coordination, retail operations, customer operations, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience working with Excel and reporting tools (Power BI is an asset).
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in working within the luxury retail industry, where operational efficiency and customer experience are key.
