Catalog Technical Support Specialist

Our client, Quantum Management Services Ltd., is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Catalog Technical Support Specialist to manage technical aspects of their marketplace retailers. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless experience for retailers and customers alike, acting as the primary technical point of contact and becoming an expert on the platform's database functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new retailers and manage their product catalogs on the platform.
  • Review audit reports, ensuring data accuracy and resolving technical errors.
  • Provide technical support by resolving errors on specific projects.
  • Verify and classify products that impact customer experience.
  • Assist with daily tasks and special projects to streamline retailer onboarding and internal processes, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Lead calls with retailers for onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Effectively triage a high volume of support tickets.
  • Conduct storefront audits and quality assurance checks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing/technical account management and analytical/technical roles.
  • Experience in client service-facing roles is preferred.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate SQL experience is required; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
