We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company.
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
This is a full-time position in Petah Tikva.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience - Must.
- Technical recruitment experience - Must.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew - Must.
- Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-confidence and self-starter.
- Ability to learn technical information.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
