Role Overview: DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic DevOps team. This is a full-time, on-site position in Netanya.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment and delivery lifecycle across multiple projects.
• Plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, repeatable, and efficient software rollouts.
• Develops and maintains internal tools that automate delivery workflows, improve observability, and support operational scalability.
• Works closely with development and infrastructure teams to build automation solutions, streamline resource provisioning, and ensure stable and secure environments across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role – Must.
• Strong experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems – Must.
• Emphasizing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) - Must.
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) – Must.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and modern architecture methodologies – Must.
• Proven experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix) – Must.
• Practical knowledge and daily use of infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as: Terraform, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory – Must.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Splunk) – Strong Advantage.
• Advanced scripting abilities using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar – Must.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, creative thinker with a strong ability to identify and solve problems through automation.
