Testing Group Manager - Qualitest acq

We're looking for a Testing Group Manager to join our team in Netanya! This is a full-time position - not hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems.
- Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies.
- Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing.
- Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing.
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity.
- Implement automation of testing processes where applicable.
- Train and professionally manage the testing team.
- Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
- Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks.
- Ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Experience with cloud-based systems or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
