Job Description
If you have a passion for recruiting and wish to join a successful organization where you can work on a variety of profiles, we invite you to join our team! We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our Talent Team and contribute to our company's growth.
The responsibilities of a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist include sourcing, screening, and presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also engage with potential candidates both online and offline to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract top professionals. Ultimately, your role will be to build robust talent pipelines to meet our company's current and future hiring needs.
This is a full-time position based in Petah Tikva.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Interview candidates using a combination of methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience – Must.
- Technical recruitment experience – Must.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew – Must.
- Proficiency with office automation tools (MS Office, etc.) for proofreading, editing, and formatting.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-confidence and a self-starter attitude.
- Ability to learn technical information.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
