Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Tech Lead to join our defense team and manage the automation domain. This is a full-time position in Netanya. You will be responsible for leading automation projects, developing and implementing automation solutions, and overseeing the automation testing teams.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in the development automation field, including 1-2 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with leading automation tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or other languages relevant to automation.
• Ability to analyze and understand business processes, and the capability to plan and implement advanced technological solutions.
• Experience working with DevOps and automation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage goals, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and guide employees, fostering a professional and organized environment.
• Knowledge and experience with additional tools for network and server automation management.
• Experience in CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
