Staff Data Analyst at Qualcomm

Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing employee performance data, identifying key trends, patterns, and areas ripe for improvement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust performance dashboards and comprehensive reports tailored for various stakeholders across the organization.

You will provide deep-dive analyses and critical insights that directly support strategic business decisions. A continuous commitment to enhancing data collection processes and systems is expected, ensuring improved data quality and accessibility. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in performance and people analytics, as well as the broader field of data science, is vital. You will also lead and manage small to medium-sized performance and people analytics projects from their inception to successful completion, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality analytical outputs and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and people-related improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related degree field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.

Pay Range

The annual pay range for this position is: $130,250.00 - $184,800.00.
