Overview

The Systems Monitoring Analyst at Quadtec Solutions, Inc. is responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale system, application, and service monitoring solutions. The analyst will deploy and support monitoring tools, gather requirements from stakeholders, and work within a small team to ensure robust system observability. This role involves documenting project milestones and keeping management informed on progress and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational performance monitoring dashboards using Dynatrace.
• Monitor operational events, detect exceptions, and escalate incidents.
• Coordinate communications and incident response to ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy and support Application Performance Management tools and address production performance issues.
• Gather monitoring requirements and implement solutions with Dynatrace.
• Support large-scale Linux and Windows environments and web applications.
• Document project milestones and risk factors throughout project completion.
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams on testing and patch updates.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Dynatrace components along with a solid understanding of monitoring large scale applications and fault management. Excellent technical skills, communication, and project management skills are required, plus strong experience with Linux systems. Ability to track multiple deadlines and limited travel is required. Clearance required: Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with ITIL processes and advanced TCP/IP, DNS, network protocols
• Performance tuning, capacity planning, and ITIL v3 or 4 certification
• Experience with court operations and related processes
