Role Description
Please note this role is a 16 month contract.
The IT Communication and Enablement Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and executing integrated communication and change management plans that support key business initiatives, including training-related projects and others that may not directly involve training. In close partnership with the Team Lead of Enterprise Training Solutions, you will focus on integrating change management and communication into all projects, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- In partnership with the Training Solutions Team Lead to develop and oversee change management plans that incorporate training, communication, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scopes and establish clear objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
- Assess user and audience impact to build out comprehensive change strategies and communication plans in partnership with the Team Lead and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute integrated change management plans for key company initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and supported through transitions.
- Partner with the Team Lead of Enterprise Training Solutions to align training delivery with change management milestones and communication schedules.
- Craft and deploy clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across various channels to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to create presentations and talking points that effectively guide the organization through change.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders across the organization.
- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to all relevant parties.
- Act as a central point of contact for Enterprise Training Solutions’ change management and communication project inquiries and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for evaluating the impact and effectiveness of change management programs.
- Utilize data and feedback from various sources to continuously improve solutions and processes.
- In partnership with the Team Lead, review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Experience And Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management, communications, or project/program management.
- Strong understanding of integrated communication planning and change management methodologies.
- Experience managing end to end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to assess audience readiness, impact, and risk to inform change and communication planning.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including working with SMEs, business leaders, and cross functional partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality, accurate work.
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
- Familiarity with organizational training environments or enterprise learning ecosystems.
- Experience working within IT or technology driven change initiatives.
- Knowledge of or certification in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Experience using communication platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, or similar tools.
- Ability to produce or support the creation of visual communication materials, such as slide decks or change roadmaps.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives or cross departmental communications.
- Background in measurement and analytics to track change readiness and communication effectiveness.
